How to improve learning

Teachers are always looking for ways to help students learn better. If you could help your teacher plan classroom activities that would improve learning, what would you suggest to them? Write an essay to inform your teacher about your suggestions and how these activities would improve learning.

Not sure how primitive hunting techniques improve learning, but I'm all for it!

Write what you know

This gem brought to you by passiveaggressivenotes.com:

When Shelby’s third-grade son was having trouble with his homework assignment (two paragraphs of creative writing a day), her suggestion was to just write about what came to mind first. As she realized later when she found the page in a stack of old school work: “He did not hold back.”

My evil mom forced me to write these horrible words. Five times each. and she tortured me by making me write 200 words. Now my arm hurts really bad. Now she's torturing me some more by making me write this stupid two paragraphs. I wish that she will stop torturing me!

Predator-prey interactions

8. Draw and label a sketch that represents an example of a predator-prey interaction.

Yes folks, that is a porcupine attacking (or perhaps mounting) a tyrannosaurus-rex!

The walrus has lost it's home due to Global Warming and has chosen to reside in my maths book. I apologise for any inconvenience caused on his behalf.

Introduction
In this laboratory experiment, we are presented with two systems. The first system features a pair of blocks that are released from rest when the spring is stretches 15 inches. The kinetic coefficient of the friction is given as uK = 0.6. The second system features another pair of blocks that are releases from rest when the spring is stretched 150mm. The frictions between the 10kg block and the floor is neglected. For the first system we are to determine the speed of the 2lb block after it has moved 6 inches. For the second system we are to determine the maximum distance that the 2kg block will rise above the floor. No one is reading this. the analytical result will then be compared to a simulation created in Working Model.

Jesus washes his disciples feet

Jesus washes his disciples feet
"you don't have to do this"
"yes I do"

Oh dear...
